Steaming

We carefully inspect all finished items, and all embroidered items are steamed to eliminate hopping marks around the logo.

Once steaming is done, we individually fold the item with un-bagging or re-bagging upon the customer’s request for an additional charge.

Shipping
product ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS...

All finished items are carefully examined before shipping.

We ship all finished items directly to you or your customer via UPS, FedEx or USPS using your company’s name and account or a 3rd party’s account.

We are also able to ship using our account. If our account is used, there will be an adjustment for freight later. You can also drop ship items to us.

All packages must e insured for damaged, stolen or lost items when they are delivered by transportation companies. Once packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for any accident caused during shipping.
